Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, launches, or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email or WhatsApp along with your tracking details.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Rs. 250
Express Shipping: Charges vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 5,000 (optional—adjust according to your business).

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message
Courier company details
Tracking number
Tracking link (if available)

If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours after dispatch, please contact us.
